Oshdoc Inc, a Delaware corporation ("Oshdoc," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through its compliance with this Privacy Policy.
Oshdoc is affiliated with the Oshdoc Medical Group, P.C., a California professional medical corporation ("Oshdoc Medical"). Oshdoc provides management and administrative services to Oshdoc Medical and Oshdoc Medical provides medical services, including clinical consulting services.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of Personal Information Oshdoc may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit oshdoc.com (our "Website") and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing your Personal Information.

No, Oshdoc does not Sell or Share Personal Information. Additionally, Oshdoc does not have actual knowledge that it Sells or Shares the Personal Information of consumers under sixteen (16) years of age.
"Selling" means selling, renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring, or otherwise communicating your Personal Information to a third party in exchange for money or other compensation.

"Cross-Context Behavioral Advertising" means the targeting of advertising to you based on your Personal Information obtained from your activity across businesses, distinctly branded internet websites, applications, or services, other than such activity on Oshdoc's platforms.
However, Sharing does not include:

Your Privacy Rights
Right to Delete
You may request that Oshdoc delete the Personal Information we collected about you. If your request is accepted, Oshdoc will delete your Personal Information from our records, and we will notify any service providers, contractors, or other parties with whom we have disclosed your Personal Information to do the same.
We may retain a confidential record of your deletion request to prevent the Personal Information from being sold or to comply with any applicable laws.
Right to Correct
You may request that Oshdoc correct inaccurate Personal Information. We will use commercially reasonable methods to comply with your request.
Right to Know What Personal Information is Being Collected/Right to Access Personal Information
You may request that Oshdoc disclose (1) the categories of Personal Information we collect about you, (2) the sources from which we collect the Personal Information, (3) the business or commercial purpose for collecting Personal Information, (4) the categories of third parties to whom we disclose Personal Information and (5) the specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you.
Right to Non-Discrimination
Oshdoc respects your right to privacy. We will not discriminate against you because you have exercised any of your rights under this Privacy Policy. Specifically, we will not deny you access to our services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of quality of services if you exercise your privacy rights.
How Can I Exercise My Privacy Rights?

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
We will only use Personal Information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.
An authorized agent, such as a parent, guardian, or conservator, may submit your request on your behalf, however, we will have to similarly verify the authorized agent's authority to submit such request.
We will respond to your request within 45 days, or we will notify you if we need to extend our review period for an additional 45 days.
